🌅 Day 1 — Retelling Our Stories
Guests arrive, chai flows, and joyful chaos sets the tone. Dr. Jain begins with a holistic “energy scan,” followed by an icebreaker circle that turns strangers into instant confidants. Lunch, light journaling, and laughter lead into an evening dance with Suchna, before dinner and rest.

DAY 2

🌞 Day 2 — Exploration & Release
The day begins with gentle yoga by Raaj to awaken body and mind, followed by therapy with Dr. Jain for deeper emotional exploration. Theatre therapy sparks expression and creativity, while a dance session with Suchna helps integrate the day’s insights. Lunch and reflection round out the experience.

DAY 3

🌿 Day 3 — Deepening the Experience
The day opens with gentle yoga by Raaj, awakening body and mind. Dr. Jain guides a session to explore and realign inner energies. Moments of writing and theatre therapy invite reflection, expression, and playful exploration of personal stories. The day flows into a dance session with Suchna, where movement becomes a language of feeling.

DAY 4

🌻 Day 4 — Expression & Celebration
The morning begins with gentle movement to awaken the body. Dr. Jain leads a final session, helping participants integrate insights from the past days. The group comes together to bring stories to life through theatre and dance performances, celebrating journeys, emotions, and shared experiences. The day closes with a sense of connection, joy, and quiet reflection

DAY 5

🌄 Day 5 — Farewell & Takeaway
The day begins with gentle yoga to ground and center before departure. Moments of reflection and connection mark the final goodbyes, followed by a farewell brunch. Guests receive small tokens of the journey, carrying with them the experiences, insights, and memories from the retreat.
